Bankrupt, disabilities of
 

 

No undischarged bankrupt may: (I) act as a director or take part in the management of a company; (2) sit or vote in the House of Lords or any committee of it; (3) be elected as a peer of Scotland or Ireland to sit and vote in the House of Lords; (4) be elected to sit and vote in the House of Commons or any committee of it; (5) be appointed or act as a justice of the peace; (6) be elected to or hold the office of mayor, alderman, councillor or county councillor.
