Bankruptcy offences


Where a bankrupt does certain things after an adjudication he may be guilty of a misdemeanour. These things arc listed in the Bankruptcy Act 1914 (amended by the Act of 1926). The offences are generally speaking deeds by the bankrupt which hinder the realization of his property and payment of his creditors.
