Community indifference curve
 

 

In international trade theory, a member of the family of indifference curves representing the tastes of a country, and sometimes the country’s well-being. The use of community indifference curves is legitimate as long as the community preferences are well-defined, which requires certain assumptions on the preferences and incomes of the individual consumers.
